CAIMANO is a beach cleaning machine designed with an innovative loading system consisting of two vertical screens with alternating motion, which minimize stress on the machine itself. The beach cleaning machine is equipped with a fixed blade that collects sand and debris at the required depth over a width of 220 cm. These materials are conveyed to two vertically mounted, reciprocating screens that deposit the waste into a collection bin while allowing the clean sand to fall through. The hydraulic rear collection bin discharges at a height of 180 cm and has a capacity of approximately 700 liters.
The beach cleaner comes equipped with two types of screens—one with a fine mesh and one with a larger mesh—which are easily interchangeable. It has a working capacity of approximately 30,000 square meters per hour and a working depth ranging from 0 to 25 cm. This beach cleaner is ideally suited for working along the shoreline and also for operating on beaches where large debris is present. The machine’s structure is fully hot-dip galvanized and painted. The Beach Cleaner is compatible with tractors starting at 120 hp.
