PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF THE GDPR

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in Articles 13 and 14, paragraph 1, imposes an obligation to inform the data subject, in the event of direct or indirect collection of their data, of the fundamental elements of the processing, as specified in § 1, letters a–f.

The legal basis is founded on: contractual or pre-contractual necessity; a legal obligation to which the undersigned company is subject; the need to perform a task in the public interest or related to the exercise of public authority vested in the undersigned company; legitimate interest.
The processing concerns personal data, the source of which may be third parties (such as cooperatives).
The legitimate interest consists of: the execution of legal requests, including debt collection through extrajudicial procedures; the occasional monitoring of employees for security or management purposes.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
In connection with the aforementioned purposes, personal data is processed using both paper-based and electronic means, in accordance with procedures strictly related to those purposes and, in any case, in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of your data as well as full compliance with the law.

DISCLOSURE
The recipients or categories of recipients are: postal services or other mail delivery companies; banks and credit institutions; law firms; companies providing maintenance and/or repair services for IT equipment; professional firms and/or companies and/or associations of businesses and entrepreneurs that provide us with certain accounting and/or tax services, etc. The data may be disclosed to COMINT SNC. The data will not be disclosed.

RETENTION PERIOD
The retention period for personal data contained in the databases, with respect to processing for contractual purposes, coincides with the duration of the contractual relationship, while the retention period related to the fulfillment of legal obligations is prescribed by law.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You are hereby informed of your right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to its processing, and to data portability.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSING TO PROVIDE DATA
The provision of your data is required by law, and any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to comply with legal obligations; furthermore, the provision of your data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract, and therefore any refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to fulfill the contract.
